Magic Hook FAQ

 1. Q: Will the hook break or nail the wall? What is the principle for magic hook?

A: No, the principle is vacuum, no glue, no nail, it is non-mark after removed off and re-usable.

 2. Q: What kind of the surface the magic hook can be used for?

A: Any plain and smooth surface, not suitable for wallpaper, concrete walls, cardboards and too rough surfaces. For our generation 3 material, can use on a little rough surface.

3. Q：Are the magic hook can use in bathroom?

A: Yes, can, it is waterproof after stick on the wall.

4. Q:

How long the magic hook can be used?

A: 

Many customers asked this question, but there is no standard in this field as different surface, different people to use it would cause different result. But the longest testing time for us is almost 9 years since the first beginning when we started this project, and still work well.

What is the material of the magic hook?

A:

PET+SEBS+PC or PET+PU+PC

How many colors can make?

A:

     Clear, white, single color, fully 4C colors, spot color, that means can make any colors.

What is the maximum weight?

  A：

---Material A is 0.5-5kgs depends on different size. For example dia 6cm, maximum weight is 0.5kgs, and 9.4*9.4cm, it is 5kgs.

---Material B is 1-7kgs depends on different size, For example dia 6cm, maximum weight is 1kgs, and 8*9cm, it is 5kgs. And 9.4*9.4cm is 7kgs

What is the difference between material A and B?

A：

---Firstly, both of them are non-mark and removable, and re-usable

---Compare with material B, material A is more easy to be removed off, and more strict for the surface, and maximum weight is less.

---Compare with material A, material B is more hard to be removed off, and can use on a little rough surface, and maximum weight is 2 times higher than material A

9. Q:

What is the MOQ?

A:

Clear is no MOQ, Color one is 6000pcs with 3 designs, if quantity is even less, just price are much higher as there is a set up fee for printing, or can wait some time for other customers’ order and print together.

10. Q：

If the magic hook gets dirty, what we can do?

A: 

Wash it, and let it be until it become dry, then can re-use again. Just keep the magic hook in plain, do not bend it to avoid distortion would be ok.

Is the magic hook environmental?

A: 

Yes, we have passed REACH test.
