1. Q:

What is automatically LSR injection molding?

A:

     --The products can be got off from the molds by air blowing system, no need workers to operate.

2. Q:

What is difference for cold runner and hot runner?

A:

Cold runner mold price higher than hot runner mold, but hot runner mold material wastage during production more than cold runner mold. So, if quantity is small, can consider to use hot runner mold, and if quantity is large, to use cold runner mold would be better

3. Q:

What is difference between China local LSR material and imported LSR material for nipple using?

A:  China local LSR material’s quality is very close to imported LSR material, the mainly difference is price, MOQ and delivery time. For the delivery time, if there is stock in China, then delivery time is around 3-7 days, if do not have, then need 60 days. And few customers need imported LSR material, so, if place orders, there is MOQ request for at least 1 set material (A and B). just if request is too high, imported LSR material’s transparency, flexibility and a little better than China local LSR material, just not too obviously.

How we know the price and whether the product can use liquid silicone rubber to make or not?

A:  Send us drawing please, and our engineer will evaluate details according to the drawing and offer some suggestion to let the design more suitable for production if necessary
