1. Our Chief engineer graduated in 1991 from Hubei Polytechnic University Molding major and started work for mold design since 1991 for plastic injection molding, especially good at over-molding. And since 2002 to start to design LSR injection molding. Until 2016, he has designed 5086 sets plastic and silicone injection molds.

What is the difference of product structure for using liquid silicone rubber injection technics and solid silicone rubber in hot compress technics?
A:
Liquid silicone rubber injection mold are much more precise than solid silicone rubber in hot compress technics, so, for more complex structure products which can not use solid silicone rubber in hot compress technics, liquid silicone rubber injection technics can solve the problem
2. Q:
Can liquid silicone rubber injection mold make small holes for products?
A:
Can, as can make slider for liquid silicone rubber injection molds, so, the niddles will not so easy to be broken.
3. Q:
liquid silicone rubber injection technics and solid silicone rubber in hot compress technics, which mass production larger for same products?
A: solid silicone rubber in hot compress production temperature are around 180-230 degree, but liquid silicone rubber injection just around 110-160 degree, so, solid silicone rubber in hot compress production capacity are higher.
4. Q:
Is there any requests for the product surface for over-molding products?
A: Yes, texture would be the best, it can enlarge surface for glue sticking with the product, so, the different parts can stick more strong together.
