What is the difference of product structure for using liquid silicone rubber injection technics and solid silicone rubber in hot compress technics?
A:
Liquid silicone rubber injection mold are much more precise than solid silicone rubber in hot compress technics, so, for more complex structure products which can not use solid silicone rubber in hot compress technics, liquid silicone rubber injection technics can solve the problem
2. Q:
What is the difference for using liquid silicone rubber seal ring and solid silicone rubber seal ring?
A:
-- Liquid silicone rubber seal ring surface are more smooth than solid silicone rubber seal ring.
-- Liquid silicone rubber seal ring thickness are more equal, so, sealing better.
-- Liquid silicone rubber seal ring flash better than solid silicone rubber one.
3. Q:
liquid silicone rubber injection technics and solid silicone rubber in hot compress technics, which mass production larger for same products?
A: solid silicone rubber in hot compress production temperature are around 180-230 degree, but liquid silicone rubber injection just around 110-160 degree, so, solid silicone rubber in hot compress production capacity are higher.

How we know the price and whether the product can use liquid silicone rubber to make or not?
A: Send us drawing please, and our engineer will evaluate details according to the drawing and offer some suggestion to let the design more suitable for production if necessary
